DESIGN

The measurements of the spaces are of utmost importance. This is why at ARTIS we take them with high precision. With this information, we proceed to design the spaces, and confirm that everything is as you imagine.

LAMINATING

Once all the details of the job are laid out. The client proceeds to the selection of the laminate for the furniture. At ARTIS, we construct our cabinet out of 3/4'' PVC.

Pieces such as doors, fridge panels, drawer bottoms and shelves are laminated. This gives the cabinets the colors and textures the client chose, as well as protect the surface of the furniture and facilitates its maintenance.

An option that the most demanding customers choose, is to laminate the interior of the cabinet completely.

CUTTING

At ARTIS we use a CNC machine that is responsible for cutting, grooving and drilling the panels. This is how we provide incredible precision in all cut pieces.

EDGE BANDING

At ARTIS we manufacture our cabinets in the frameless style. We use the edge banding to finish edges of the cabinet as needed. Edge banding is crucial for frameless cabinets to cover exposed edges, enhance durability, and create a finished, sleek aesthetic.,

ASSEMBLY

Most customers require their furniture to be fully assembled. Even so, you don't have to work at ARTIS to be able to assemble them. All parts come out marked with the position of drawer slides, hinges and screws.

This makes assembly quick and easy.

INSTALLATION

Everyone's favorite part (and ARTIS's too). Our cabinets have adjustable bases. This helps during the installation process and being able to compensate for any unevenness in the floor.

We attach all the cabinets to each other and then to the walls and then adjust all the doors. We check the operation of all doors and drawers. Finally, the countertop is installed.
